Shipping on Manual Entry Orders

    We have WooCommerce 2.3.9 on WP 4.2.2 with WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note 4.1.5.

    On entering orders manually through admin it is necessary to put in the actual cost of a shipping method even though the selected shipping method has a specified cost (which works fine through front end orders).

    For these manually entered orders the invoices and delivery notes do not show the shipping costs as a line item (although the total is correct and includes the amount for shipping). Front end orders are correct.

    With the same set up last year (with earlier versions of software)everything was working fine.

    Please help.
