    Hi there!

    I’m managing an online portuguese store that ships worldwide.

    I was trying to set a rule that allows users from outside Portugal to pay shipping on collection. Is it possible?

    This is not a default option on WooCommerce, but you might be able to achieve this with a plugin.

    Do you want them to pay you the shipping fee when they get the products or are you looking for a service that offers shipping by charging the customer themselves when they deliver the product?
