Hi @q3nik,
I tried to use woo-commerce block plugin but shipping options not showing on cart and checkout pages. Also I tried to use previous versions of plugin and woo-commerce still not showing. I have enabled “Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page” Can you suggest me how to do it?
From what I understand, you’re facing an issue with the WooCommerce Blocks plugin. You’ve mentioned that the shipping options are not displaying on the cart and checkout pages, even though you have enabled the shipping calculator on the cart page.
Firstly, let’s ensure that you have set up your shipping methods correctly. Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping to check your shipping zones and methods. Make sure that you have added shipping methods to the correct zones. Need help with that? Here’s a handy guide on ?? Setting up Shipping Zones.
Next, please ensure that you don’t have any virtual products in your cart while trying to view the shipping options. Virtual products are not shipped, and therefore, the shipping options won’t be displayed if your cart only contains virtual products. Need help with that? Here’s a handy guide on ?? Adding and Managing Products.
If you’ve already checked these settings and the issue persists, it might be helpful to run a conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Blocks, and switch to a default theme like Storefront. If the shipping options appear, reactivate your plugins and theme one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
If the problem persists after these steps, could you please provide us with more details to help us investigate further? Screenshots of your shipping settings and the cart and checkout pages where the issue occurs would be very helpful.
