Shipping not showing correctly

    I have a product that weighs 99 grams.
    My shipping rates (excluding VAT) are:
    20|0.83|C1
    20|1.24|C2
    50|1.24|C1
    50|2.07|C2
    50|2.07|C3
    100|2.07|C1
    100|2.89|C2
    100|2.89|C3
    250|2.48|C1
    250|4.96|C2
    250|4.96|C3
    2000|3.72|C1
    2000|7.44|C2
    2000|7.44|C3
    5000|20.66|C2
    5000|28.92|C3
    10000|6.19|C1

    Somehow when I add this product to my cart is thays shipping to a country from C2 or C3 is €9 ??? How is this possible and more inportant: how can I solve this?

    Looks like it wasn’t caused by the other plugin after all.. Somehow the problem is not resolved..

    I’ve had multiple people from the same country (country group C2) ordering the exact same product (99 grams). They should pay €3,50 but some customers had to pay €9. Do you know how to solve this?

    I don’t have any shipping classes configured. I’ve listed several countries at woocommerce -> settings and then I’ve also listed these countries at woocommerce -> settings -> shipping -> APG shipping.
    I’ve been using this plugin for a while and so far it worked great, but I noticed this problem 2 days ago.

    Any help is appreciated.

    I tried to contact the support but as soon as I send the form it takes me to a Spanish payment provider. Is there a way to contact the support and pay via PayPal? How much should I pay and where should I send my questions to?
