Shipping Not Showing

I just updated to MarketPress Version 3.0.0.5 and cannot get shipping amounts to show up in my cart or apply to orders when people check out. I had no problems prior to updating the plugin. I made sure the select “charge shipping” under each product and I have a table rate set up in my store settings.

Also, instead of just showing the cost of a product in my store it now shows the cost of a product plus the estimated tax. I don’t want the tax to be calculated on my product page.

Please advise.
