Shipping not found

    Hello,

    I have this appeared on my checkout page: https://snipboard.io/smWbfx.jpg

    I’m using FedEx for international shipments, I tried to enter a US address, but no shipping rates available.

    My weight and size for product are updated.
    API status is okay as well.

    Please help me out thanks!

    Hello @tinypinc,
    Could you please check do you have filled out the shipping address in general settings? As you can see on the top of your screenshot, debug mode has shown the reason for the error. It is caused by a missing postcode. So please verify if you have your postcode given in your address and is it correct. It is important to not put any nonstandard signs.
