I’m switching over from WP e-commerce to Woocommerce, so I am setting the store up with a few test products before I import and switch over entirely.

My test product, which is 8″ x 2″ x .75″, weighs 0.1 ounce. Yes, a tenth of an ounce. When I calculate shipping costs to myself, which should be $3 or under for a first class package, I get a quote of nearly double that. The priority mail option is also twice what it should be.

When I go to “checkout,” it just spins under the “your order” side of checkout (where payment info is).

I’d appreciate any help resolving this so I can move forward with my store conversion.

On “debug” mode it is displaying this message:

    Customer matched zone “United States”
    Customer matched zone “United States”

I have not yet loaded a theme, it’s running Storefront.

    Hi @suzzie526,

It sounds like you are using a plugin to extend WooCommerce and calculate the shipping when you reference a

    priority mail option

and have tagged the thread with USPS.

This particular support forum is for the free WooCommerce plugin, for shipping plugins you should contact the developer of those plugins on their free support forum if it’s a free plugin here from WordPress.rog or on their site if it’s a paid plugin you have purchased.

I hope this helps point you in the right direction to get the help you need.
