    Hi all.

    Standard plugin installed.

Shipping is using 3 area’s; has ‘weight based shipping’ included, and all has been outlined and all ping classes/regions etc. within WooCommerce prior to feed being created.
When submitted to Google no shipping items are listed.
I have the csv error log from google but it doesnt seem to give me a reason why the shipping item isn’t being pulled (added per info on site).

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with adding shipping costs to your feed.

    1. Are you using an extra shipping plugin? (You mention adding weight based shipping costs). If so, changes are that it’s not compatible with our plugin;
    2. Could you switch from CSV to XML feed format?
    3. Did you create the proper field mapping. So added a field mapping where you map Google’s shipping field to the shipping attribute?

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our help.

    Hi Eva
Dont know why but i never received this reply to my Question.
    To answer yours.
First, I inherited this site, after 4/5 other developers. Am working to get this clients items up to date, and normalised.
Client HAS had a working feed in the past, however all seems to have ‘disappeared’ recently and now has no working feed.
Main requirement is to inclcude shipping costs FROM Woocommerce to Google product feed,as they are a bit complicated, which is why we’re looking at Product Feed pro as it seems ot be the sole plugin that does this.

1 – Yes there are different shipping methods on site – weight based, standard, free – and have been added using weightbasedshipping.com.
2 – CSV to XML. Will try that.
3 – Yes, shipping_label corresponded to shipping within google parameters when I use adtribes plugin =

I’ve tried about 8 different plugins so far, no success in getting anything working with shipping included from WooCommerce = all state shipping Must be added at Google Merchant center.
https://dev.spiritualquest.com/ is where I’m testing feeds from.

Please do let me know ASAP on this, as its very time sensitive.
Thanks soo much for your attention (in Advance!)
    Best~

    Hi Blake,

When you add the following field mapping the “normal” WooCommerce shipping zones/methods should make it to your feed: https://www.dropbox.com/s/egh7wvu8nviplkb/Shipping-Mapping.png?dl=0

When they, in your case, do not then I suspect this is due to the weightbasedshipping plugin you are using.

    Hi Eva

Latest generation of feed = https://www.spiritualquest.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/Ut4jkPJQP8V0rLl0h9tHOeGJAfk8dmdB.xml
showing some shipping items but not costs per item i dont think.
    I’ve submitted to google.
If you can tell from that feed item, it might simply be me being a – silly bugger and not using correct items:: pls to view if you have time, you may see osmething I’m missing from feed file there.

    Hi Blake,

“Technically” the addition of shipping details to the feed seems fine:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/wiis7xrwgla894l/Shipping-Free.png?dl=0

However it appears as if all shipping costs are USD 0. Not sure if for all your products you indeed offer free shipping?

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hi Eva

No the system has weight based shipping, together with free shipping.

With regards your outline here, and other places = to add shipping_label i need to map to {Shipping label (dynamic) however when I look to map to that, I’m not seeing it in my selection of items.
    vid here = https://youtu.be/_3FeIOb6HVY
(again, I’m coming in AFTER all Woo Was setup, so im trying to track down the flaws and setup issues to get things working).
    Driving me Bonkers lols.
Can you tell from this info, and this feed info
    https://www.spiritualquest.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/Bpp9avU0fZHpwJVsWcBuliK4KEBF9iGy.xml

    what might be missing?
is it an issue with Woo setup perhaps thats stopping all things being seen correctly?

Thanks for All your help, Eva, much appreciated.

    hi.
    update::-
The last feed i uploaded ‘saw’ most all the content corectly, but is still not placing a sihpping cost or label to system.
I changed sihpping item and resubmitted this feed = https://www.spiritualquest.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/Bpp9avU0fZHpwJVsWcBuliK4KEBF9iGy.xml

Any, any help at all will be deeply appreciated, Eva~
    Thank You

    Hi Blake,

I have checked your feed and it seems all your products do have a shipping_label filled in the feed.

With regards to the shipping costs. In a previous feed your created they all had a shipping cost of USD 0 (https://www.dropbox.com/s/wiis7xrwgla894l/Shipping-Free.png?dl=0). Those now all seem to be gone so I assume you made a change to to the shipping field mapping?

Bear in mind: I think it is safe to assume that adding the shipping cost based on weight is not going to work as the plugin you are using for it is not compatible with ours. Since you do seems to be able to add shipping labels to your feed I would use those to configure the correct shipping costs directly in your merchant center and not try to add the shipping costs to your feed at all.

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hi Eva

    Yeah, thats about it, unfortunately.
Thanks so very much for your help with this issue that can’t be cured due to owner lols! not wanting to change his weight based shipping plugin. Grr!~

    Thanks Again, much appreciated.

    Hi Blake,

Yeah I am sorry we can’t help you with it any further. If you can convince the owner of that plugin to add the sale prices in an available attribute then our plugin will be able to pick-up on it.

    Best,
    Eva
