Shipping Module won't load after update

+1 Me too.

If I disable shipping as an option it takes the user to Paypal so everything is working as it should EXCEPT no shipping options are appearing.

The store is no good without this!

I know what caused my error now. One of the versions I was upgrading from was really old and calling on old template files. I changed the name of the themes folder in wp-content/uploads/wpsc/ and as if by magic everything worked!

I hope that’s the same for you.

I was also being haunted by a really old theme and ancient template files. I had to remove some old files that were being called from the legacy theme.

All’s good now. ??

I don’t suppose that you too had problems with sales not being marked as Payment Accepted did you?

Sounds like updating template files should do the trick – we do our best to maintain backwards compatibility as much as possible, but it sounds like we’ve failed with particularly old theme files. If there’s anything we can do to assist here, please let us know.

nathan12343, what payment gateway are you using? If it’s PayPal, it sounds like you may have an IPN issue on your hands, happy to help with that as well.
