Hi, I am trying to add an order on my woocommerce website from the backend. I create a user, billing-shipping addresses etc, then move on to payment (COD) then on products that I need etc. When I try to add shipping, apart from fixed ones (flatrate etc) it also includes Flexible Shipping and Flexible Shipping Group etc. I choose the first, and it appears 0 cost while it has not taken into consideration none of my rules whatsoever. I press the recalculate button, still the same. Can you please help me how to add the shipping costs at any order? Thank you in advance.

    Hi @anakel,

Since Flexible Shipping operates on the cart / checkout page, the Flexible Shipping cost calculation is available only on the cart or checkout page. WooCommerce default methods work similarly.

You can add the Shipping manually on the specific WooCommerce order edit page, as you described. However, this will not allow you to choose previously set Flexible Shipping methods or calculate the cost according to the Shipping Cost Calculation Rules. The shipping cost can be entered manually.

Support for manually created orders is on the list of potential changes in the Flexible Shipping plugin. If you would like to be notified of such an update, please contact us at octolize.com/support, we will send you an appropriate notification.

For now, to get a proper shipping cost, the solution would be to recreate customer’s order path and place the order through the cart.

If you have any additional questions, just let us know.

    Best regards,
    Tomek
