Shipping method still available for user type dispite settings

    Hi
    I have set up a “wholesale customer” user type and the User “client pro” at email address [email protected] password vegancake.
    The delivery type forfait is set to be exclusivly for this user type (method “Participation aux frais de livraison”) and the delivery type Boxtal (methods “Chronopost” is set just for the user type “Customer”.

    However all delivery methods are showing in the checkout.
    Could you help me sort this out please. I have been unable to find a docs page for this plugin.

    Should you need it the password protecting the products is the same

    Hi @vegancake ,

    First, to protect your privacy, you might want to remove any sensitive details from your thread on this forum (email, password, etc.).

    Next, please make a screen video for us to see the issue and reproduce this on our test site.

    Are you using an external plugin for managing wholesale customers on your site? Please name it.

    This plugin is new, so there might be some unknown compabitility issues with external plugins. We need as many details as possible to troubleshoot this.

    Hi. I will take a screen video and add the plugin info shortly.
    In the mean time I have removed the user and password information for the dummy client as it is impossible to edit a post after one hour.

    For info the user role plugin I am using is Product Visibility by User Role for WooCommerce by WP Wham. We have some products that are exclusive to the Wholesale Customer, some that are excluded from the Wholesale Customer and others that are common and available to all user profiles.

    After several configurations I think I have mastered the setup. In effect it is necessary to correctly setup the product shipping method as generic for the products commmon to all user types. For products dedicated for specific user types it is sufficient to configure the shipping method relative to the user type.

    It will be helpful to have setup documentation eventually. This thread can be closed.
