    Store Settings :

    Check : Enable Shipping settings

    Shipping Modules
    External Shipping Calculators
    Australia Post-> Standard Parcel Post

    Also the Shipping Calculator is not showing in the page.

  • Yes me, I inform Justin a week ago, he contacted me for the admin credentials, I sent him the Logins, then no reaction, after two days I made the rollback to 3.8.13.4
    Today I tried the new 3.8.14.1 and still the same. Too bad. No help here.

    I took a look at your website. The following line does not appear anywhere in the core plugin, but it appears in any theme I activated

    Shipping Charges: MYR0.0

    Figure out where that is coming from, and we’ll likely find the reason that the shipping calculator isn’t working.

    i’m setting shipping charges for MYR5.0 but… i dont know why
    Shipping Charges: MYR0.0 appear

    and still ask for :

    “Please select one of the available shipping options, then we can process your order”

    Hi Justin,

    I have try on my localhost a free eCommerce theme using the same settings as we have in our development site online, just for testing purpose and it seems working. I can see the shipping calculator and shipping method. Can you confirm if this is a theme issue or this is a wp-ecommerce issue. I already sent you the login details for the development site.

    We really need to go live with in this week ??

    @tecd0c does your issue been resolve, since we haven’t heard from you. I’m still on this issue and cant proceed for this project until this will be resolve.

    No, it is still there, I got today a reply from Mihai that he is willing to take over, but I need my shop up and running.
    I might set up at time-window when they can work on it. And if they can’t get it running the I will revert it back.

    same with me @tecd0c i got an email from Mihai 2 days ago and take over for this. But until now i haven’t heard from him whats the progress or do i have to get a new patch for this

    @reycasper WP-ecommerce 3.8.13.4 is ok, this is the version i always get back to.
