“Product categories in cart” > “All of” = Value (Batteries in attached example)

When you have the following cart:

    PRODUCT A (from Battery cattegory)
    PRODUCT B (from Battery cattegory)
    PRODUCT C (from another cattegory)

It still showing the shipping method when it should not because there is a product that is not from Battery category.
The same happens if you use the option “Only” instead of “All of”

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello @afsl01

Thank you for using our plugin. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry for the inconvenience.

Just to clarify, the condition you mentioned will check all categories of the product, so please ensure that the product is not from the subcategory of the battery category. You can also try using the “categories in package” condition as an alternative.

Additionally, we recommend that you test the same rule on our demo website to see if the issue persists. If the issue is only present on your website, it could indicate a conflict with other plugins. In that case, we suggest deactivating all WooCommerce-related plugins on your website, keeping only WooCommerce and the Discount plugin, and then trying again. If the issue is resolved, you can activate the other plugins one by one to identify the plugin causing the conflict.

Please let us know if this helps or if you have any further questions.

    Best regards

It does not work in your demo either, please replicate the scenario.

    Thank you for your freedback.

We checked it and it is working properly.

Regarding the “All” condition it is valid, because all of the batteries category is in the cart + other category.

You should use “Only” condition and list all of the products categories including parent categories too. Maybe your batteries category has parent categories and you should list all of the categories in the condition like this image. We checked it and it is working fine.

    I hope it helps.

    Best Regards

My products have set a child and a parent category (which is normal).

    In your plugin settings:

    – If I only set the parent category it does not work.
    – If I set both parent and child categories it only work if in the cart is at least one item of each setted child category, if I add one that does not have setted its child category in your plugin it does not work.
    – If I set both parent and more child categories than the ones from the products added to the cart it does not work.

Please check it, because it should also work if you only set the parent category.

    Thank you for your explanation.

Please update the plugin to the latest version which is v8.10.0, then list the parent category and try it.

Just please note that this feature is available in the pro version of the plugin.

    I hope it helps.

    Best regards
