Shipping Method not passed to Order

Strange issue happening only with your plugin, using version 1.7.2 which seems to be the latest one.
Most of the orders paid through your plugin don’t seem to pass the shipping method to the order data.
When we click “Edit Order” I can’t see what shipping method was selected. I know some method was selected as we had customers complain. We also can see the total is larger than the subtotal by the exact shipping cost amount.
When we use stripe, this works completely fine. It also seems to happen only with Paypal orders that contain a product bundle for which we use a seperate plugin. The bundles as a result have a 0 value, and their sub items have individual values.
I don’t know if your plugin could be the cause, but it is strange it only happens when customers pay by PayPal. I have full logs available.
Have you come across a similar issue before? We really need this solved as it causes big issues with our fulfilment centre resulting in products being shipped with the wrong shipping method.
