• Every month I have to export the list of shipping labels that we created to reconcile with our Finance system. The “Shipping Labels” tab is gone in the new plugin. Has this information moved to another screen or is it gone from support? I understand that Woo is trying to improve, but there seems to be a disconnect with the typical order processing/shipping workflow of a website. Every day, I’m impacted by not having the ability to create a 2nd label for an order, and also the ability to create a return label. I hope the plugin will continue to be improved to provide all features required to run the day-to-day operation of a eCommerce website.

  • Hey @harleec ,

Please note that the Reports tool has been deprecated in favor of the new Analytics tool and is in the process of being removed from the core WooCommerce plugin. For that reason, the new WooCommerce Shipping plugin no longer uses the Reports tool.

You can find all the shipping label purchases in the WordPress.com dashboard of the account that pays for the labels. Please follow the link below:

You will find a page similar to the one from the attached screenshot:

    Hope this helps!

Hey @beautyofcode, thanks for the response. I finally had a chance to look at the WordPress.com dashboard. While it does show the individual labels purchased, there’s no way to export the list so a total can be easily calculated. I’ll have to keep searching for an option.

Thanks for the update and for considering our previous suggestion. I understand the need to export data for totals is important.

If you’re looking for the consolidated shipping cost, you could check Analytics → Revenue. It provides the total shipping cost and the number of orders for each day based on your indicated date range. Plus, you can download this report as a CSV file by clicking on the ‘Download’ button at the top right of the report. This should give you the information you need to see your total shipping expenses over a specific period.
