The email address that you’re seeing is the one associated with the WordPress.com address used to connect with Jetpack. If you want to change that email address, you’ll need to change the jetpack connection owner for the store.

On the other hand, if you don’t actually need email receipts, you can turn that option off and view receipts on WordPress.com under Me > Billing.

You’ll either need to change the email address for the current user – you can do that at WordPress.com:

Otherwise, you’ll need to disconnect the site (click “manage connections”) and then connect with a new WordPress.com account with the correct email. If you need to create a new WordPress.com account, you can do that as well. ??
