    Hello, I need to get this resolved ASAP. I paid for a shipping label and did not get a tracking number! How is this possibly. I also printed the label with my new label printer and it doesn’t look like the typical label. Please help aSAP! I have to ship by tomorrow morning eastern time!

    0901000001727 this is the only number I got which is not a tracking number.

    Hi there,

    It sounds like you bought First-Class Mail postage for an envelope. This is the USPS service typically used to send letters and doesn’t include tracking. These labels also use a different format, here is an example.

    There are more details on this topic under the “Tracking” section of the WooCommerce Services documentation.

    An option would be to request a refund the label you printed and buy a new label with an increased height of the package to something over 3/4 inch. It would be a little more expensive but would include tracking.
