    We’re currently unaware of any issues with adding credit cards and label printing. As for the forum topic you linked, we never heard back from that user, so we never got the chance to confirm our suspicion of what could be happening on their site.

    We are seeing the same issue as this, we add our Credit card and it still says add a card when trying to print a shipping label. – same issue as OP, with two accounts.
