Shipping is Charged Twice

    I have tried a checkout for order without the processing of PayPal, but I got the emails and the shipping is charged twice. On Subtotal, $10 is added and then the shipping is added again. Total should be $30. Check info below from email sent to me.

    You have received a new order from a customer. Here are the order details:
    Order #650
    Product Quantity Price
    Palapa Men’s Shirt 1 $20.00
    Subtotal: $30.00
    Shipping: $10.00
    Total: $40.00

    On the ShopConstruct Orders Section, the order display the correct amount $30.

    So I think it is the email that is not working correctly.
    Please help.
