• I’ve set my shipping rates and classes on each product, and in testing noticed that products which have the same dimensions don’t add to the shipping cost.

For example, Product A is 13 oz and has dimensions of 13x11x5. Under shipping rates I have:

    13x11x5|15|S1
    13x11x5|13|S2
    13x11x5|12|S3
    13x11x5|11|S4
    13x11x5|9|S5
    13x11x5|8|S6

When I order one of Product A (from a location in S6), I get charged $10 shipping (odd, I guess it’s rounding something somewhere?) When I increase the quantity to 2 or 3 for Product A the shipping remains $10. My client is using specific sized boxes to ship products and needs to have the shipping costs adjust according to the number of boxes she will need to pack things in. Is there a step I’m missing somewhere to get the shipping to pay attention to the number of items purchased?

If I need to contact paid support privately I’m willing, but wasn’t sure where to go for that.

Hi Michelle. Probably your configuration isn’t good, maybe your problem is with the tax rates, we don’t know it now.

Please, hire our Soporte técnico to get a full support of your configuration.

    Kind regards.

I see that you ask for the website username and password of the site through the support web form. Is there an email address I could write to instead?
