• I have PP Express enabled. I also have a feature that the customer must choose or decline shipping insurance in order to checkout. When customers try to checkout with PP Express on the cart page, the shipping insurance no longer appears. Here are the steps:

    1. Item is placed in customer’s cart

    2. Customer is on the cart page, selects PayPal yellow button on the top of the page

    3. Customer is taken to Paypal screens

    4. Customer returns to cart on my site

    5. The shipping insurance that should appear at the bottom of the page is no longer there.

    6. Customer sends me an email complaining

    I can duplicate the same issue. However, when I use the Checkout screen, the shipping insurance appears.

    Correction, when the customer comes back to my site, they are not coming back to the Cart. They are coming back to the Review Order page. This where the shipping insurance option no longer appears.

    Is the shipping insurance coming from a 3rd party plugin, or how exactly do you have that configured? We need to try and reproduce here so we can make any necessary adjustments.

    Yes @angelleye, the shipping insurance is from a 3rd party plugin. It’s called Woo Checkout Field Manager

    Okay, thanks for the details. I have added this issue to our GitHub repo for this plugin. I’ll update you again here as soon as this particular issue is resolved so that you can download it early if you’d like to.

    @rememberhim, I’m sorry for the delay getting back to this. We have done testing on the latest version of all plugins and we are not able to reproduce any problems. Are you able to verify things are working well now on the latest updates for everything?
