Shipping Insurance

Hi!

I need to add a cost to the total order. It is a percentage and it represents a shipping insurance. It doesn’t matter if it is before or after the normal shipping costs but it is important that it can add the shipping cost, because the shipping insurance in this case is just a price on percentage on the cost of the total order. Then (or before) you still have to choose how fast you want that your delivery arrives…Is it possible? How?
