As shown in the image, the customer’s email address and phone number is hidden underneath the dropdown menu bars next to them. How can I fix this? I was suspecting it would be a plugin issue but deleting relevant plugin didn’t help either. Please help!

This is usually a result of a theme or plugin conflict. You’ve already tested for a plugin conflict, so I would recommend also testing for theme conflict as per the documentation here:
