    Hi,

    I had some database and content issues that impacted entire site. All is back running but I have some minor things to fix.

    When shipping email is sent, my carrier icon is missing. In the settings, when choosing carries, all icons are missing.

    I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled plugin. I’m thinking I just need to ftp the images.

    Is there a way to 1) clean install the plugin to ensure all files are written (and overwrites any pre-existing files) or 2) do you have the files that I can ftp to my sie?

    Hi @tmax021,

    Please do hard synch of shipping providers.

    Navigate to WooCommerce < Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers and click on Synch Providers from the top right menu and check the “Reset providers database, it will reset all your shipping provider database” checkbox and click on Synch Shipping Providers button.
