    Hello @thewpguyireland,

    Thank you for reaching out — we’re happy to help!

    Could you please confirm if you are using WooCommerce’s default shipping options (flat rate, free shipping, etc.), or do you use a third-party plugin to handle your shipping options?

    Could you please share with us screenshots of your shipping settings? We need screenshots of:

    • WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping
    • WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone
    • WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone → Click on Edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings.

    Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via?https://gist.github.com/?and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks!

    Hi @thewpguyireland! Thanks for the additional info.

    To confirm what I’m seeing from the settings in your last post; you have non-taxable, Flat Rate shipping for €8.50, and Free Shipping configured for orders €100 or over, shipped to an Ireland address. I can confirm that it’s expected to see both Flat Rate and Free Shipping for an order valued at €307.74 – WooCommerce does, by default, show all applicable shipping methods.

    Our Free Shipping documentation has an Advanced Settings / Customization section that specifically explains how to show only Free Shipping when it’s available, but it requires a code snippet to be added as it’s not default functionality.

    Could you please clarify;

    • What were your expectations for which shipping method should show?
    • How did you implement the rules for what should show (e.g. code snippet or additonal plugin)?

    I also note that 1st screenshot shows €10 for shipping, which doesn’t reflect the shipping settings. Are both the order and settings screenshots from the same site, or is there another issue afoot aside from just which shipping method is showing?
