shipping Flat rate and Minimum order amount not converting to US dollars

Hi, I’m having a problem with your plugin with the shipping flat rate that is not converting to US dollar. We are using 2 currencies: colombian pesos (COP) and US dollars. When I go the the cart page or checkout page the shipping flat rate is still in colombian pesos.

Another issue is with the Minimum order amount, I’m using the plugin “Minimum Maximum quantity & Minimum Order amount for WooCommerce (free)” to generate the condition that people can only buy with a minimum order amount of COP$30.000, but when I change the currency to US dollars this minimum order amount stills $30.000 but US dollars the right amount will be around $9 dollars.
please help.
