Shipping Fields Problem

    Hello,
    I have add new fields and setted some fields to condition. No problem at all for billing side.
    But
    Opening fields different from shipping’s tab fields When i check for diffferent address to ship check.
    Some fields there is no title and i do not know what is it
    And also fields not ordered correctly

    How can i fix this? Thnx
