Shipping Fields

Hello,

Everything seems to work fine on my Shopping Cart, except that after adding an item to the shopping cart and then proceeding to checkout the address fields for the billing information are there, and they work fine, what is not working is the shipping address fields.

The shipping address field are foreshortened …in other words they are very very smal…this occurs if the ship to billing address box is unchecked.
