shipping field empty

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Unfortunately adding static values to Google’s g:shipping field won’t work as Google requires the country, region and service too. See: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324484?hl=en

Since however you have the same shipping costs for all your products I would take that out of the product feed and configure it directly in Google’s Merchant Center. See: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6069284?hl=en
