    I have installed that plugin in october. It worked fine.
    But now, without any update of my system, the shipping fees are not send to Paypal and I don’t understand why.
    It don’t work either with the last update of the plugin.
    My configuration :
    WooCommerce Version 3.5.0
    Wordpress WordPress 4.9.12

    Both of these versions are quite old now, so I think my first step here would be to update WordPress, WooCommerce, and all your other plugins and themes to their latest versions.

    After that, please try again. If it continues to not work correctly, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

    You might also try enabling logging under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Checkout like so:

    … and then use the Environment setting:

    … to test transactions. Does shipping info go through then? If not, examining the logs may tell us more.

    Thanks for your answer. Before doing the system updates, I prefer to try to find another solution cause I’m not sure all the plugins and the theme will be compatible again.

    I have activated the debug log. Shipping info are not send either.

    Hi!

    Thanks for providing your logs.

    They look fine,I see that shipping info appears to be included there, however you are on a version of WooCommerce that is so old it is outside the scope of our support.

    If you’re concerned about compatibility issues I recommend creating a staging site and updating everything there before doing so on your live site.

    Thanks but no, shipping infos are not correct.

    It misses shipping fees and this is not the address of the local pickup but the address of the client (well, I masked it so it’s not obvious for you).

    Your plugin worked fine one month ago without any updates of the systems and plugins.

    I hope it will work after the complete update of my system…

    Do you plane an update of the plugin ?

    There is a new version of WordPress (5.7) and of Woocommerce (5.1.0) but the last version of your plugin (2.1.1) is marked as compatible with WordPress up to version 5.5.3 and there is no information about the compatibility with the latest version of Woocommerce.

    I need to know before updating my system.

    Hi @alibee71. We have tested PayPal Checkout with WooCommerce 5.1 and WordPress 5.7 despite the warning message. This message will go away once we release an update for PayPal Checkout. I don’t have an ETA for that yet, but in the meantime, I encourage you to update the plugin on your site to the latest version to see if it resolves the issue for you. If it does not, please let us know.
