Shipping fee is way off (double to triple with no markup)

Hi there

Before you changed to ship logic i ended up with uAfrica (better plugin) but now im thinking of going back cause TCG done major changes which im liking

HOWEVER
on my test server to see what the plugin is doing

but on cart test its showing near triple the price on shipping.

and no markup

also shipping insurance isnt showing as an option?? even if selected in the settings
