    Good day,

    Please I have a major issue with my Dokan site, I’m not receiving the shipping fee and I have configured the admin to receive shipping fees but once payment is made on the site via stripe payment gateway on the site it shows the total amount to be paid with the shipping included but when I go to my stripe dashboard I only receive the cost of the item no shipping fee. Please I need this sorted thanks because I’m losing money in shipping

    You mentioned that the checkout shows the shipping amount that means it is charged. Now you need to see who is the receiver of your shipping. You need to set that correctly and check if the receiver you set is getting the money or not. The settings are available on the wp-admin–>Dokan–>Setting–>selling option.

    In case the receiver is set correctly and the issue remains let us know and we may need to run further investigation

    The Receiver is set properly to the admin but I don’t receive the shipping fees when I check my stripe account. thank you

    Are you using Dokan Stripe Connect for checkout?

    In that case, you can contact us directly on our site and share your credentials so that we can verify the configuration.

    yes I am using Dokan Stripe Connect and I have contacted you guys and given my credentials my site URl is https://thecultureshop.co.uk/
