• I have run into an issue when a customer is trying to purchase a product that I make and ship along with a product that is made and shipped through Printify. It gives them an error of “No shipping options are available for this address. Please verify the address is correct or try a different address.” for the shipment that I would be shipping; shipment 1. The product that s shipped through Printify shows the shipping options with no issue; shipment 2.

    If they do the orders separately then there is no issue with shipping. How do I resolve this issue to allow them to make their purchase with both product types in their cart?

    Hi @dsaur88,

    I understand how frustrating it can be to run into issues like this. To help narrow down the problem, please provide a screenshot of your shipping zones by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping.

    Additionally, please edit the shipping zones assigned to both products and share a screenshot of each. This will help in identifying any potential misconfigurations.

    After digging around a bit and trying a few different things I figured out that the Printify plugin that was set to override the woocommerce shipping settings was causing the issue. I turned that off and created a different class for shirts and the problem is fixed.
