Shipping error with regular item and Printify item

I have run into an issue when a customer is trying to purchase a product that I make and ship along with a product that is made and shipped through Printify. It gives them an error of “No shipping options are available for this address. Please verify the address is correct or try a different address.” for the shipment that I would be shipping; shipment 1. The product that s shipped through Printify shows the shipping options with no issue; shipment 2.

If they do the orders separately then there is no issue with shipping. How do I resolve this issue to allow them to make their purchase with both product types in their cart?
