Shipping down after update

Hi

After updating the plugin and entering the 2 keys as well as re entered the data for the store.. the shipping methods just dont show up at all..

I just cant get this right at all and have tried very hard to make sure I wasn’t screwing it up but now am at the end of what I can do.

here is one site example so far.. once we can get this right then I can extend to the other sites under courier guy that we have ..
