    I have set up WooCommerce as best as I am able and everything seems to be working fine except for the fact that when you get to checkout, only a billing address may be entered. There is no space for entering the shipping address, which, given that our site is meant for gift giving is really important.

    I have tried every toggle I can think of but the checkout only displays the “Billing Details” and “Additional Information” sections.

    Hello @revschaef,

    I guess that all products are set up as virtual. Virtual products are not shipped so the Shipping section is disabled.
    Please uncheck this option in the settings of each product.

    If the products are not virtual – please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options and make sure Shipping destination is set to Default to customer shipping address or Default to customer billing address.
