Shipping description in thank you page and emails.

Hi there,
Is there a way I can set a default shipping name / description for the order emails and thank you page?At the moment I have order shipping split into packages based on their shipping classes, which is great.
In the cart and checkout it looks perfect.All shipping class packages will be shipped via NZ Post Courier, but dependin on the items they may have different costs.
Unfortunately this means that in the thank you page and order emails the shipping description shows the combined price and ‘NZ Post Courier’ over and over again.
So for example if five differnt shipping clases are used in the order for shipping, the shipping section in the emails reads:
“via NZ Post Courier, NZ Post Courier, NZ Post Courier, NZ Post Courier, NZ Post Courier”
Is it possible to either reduce this to a single “via NZ Post Courier”, or have the seperate shipping options displayed as it is in the cart and checkout?
