• Hello,

I have the “shipping debug mode” UNCHECKED and I am still getting the “customer matched notification.”

Please advise on what else I can do as I don’t want that shown to customers.

    Thanks!

    Hi @623carr!

It sounds like a caching issue to me.

If you do have any caching mechanisms running, please go ahead and purge their caches, to see if that helps. You can also clear your browser cache.

Please let us know if that helps.

    Cheers!

    HI there,

Actually when I delete my cache it goes BACK to saying “customer matched” zone. My co-workers also see it when they use the code that gives free shipping.

    Hi @623carr ,

Could you try turning off any caching from your site and server, and then see if the shipping works as expected?

If so, you would need to exclude WooCommerce pages from caching. We have guidance on it here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/
