On my checkout page, if customer selects “shipping to different address,” then the shipping address becomes their shipping address stored in their account (rather than just using the billing address).

However, whenever your plug-in is active, the Country/Region and State/County field are left blank. The rest of the form is populated correctly.

As soon as I deactivate your plug-in, those fields are correctly filled in.

Any suggestions as to how I can fix this?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I’m currently using v5.1.7 of the plugin. Here’s link to a screenshot:

I’m sure this is related to an address book plugin that I’m using. These plugins allow users to select different shipping addresses.

However, I’ve tried different address book plugins and they all work fine when your plugin is deactivated. However, whenever your plugin is activated, the addresses do not copy over correctly and the state / country fields are not populated.

Any suggestions on how I might be able to fix this?

    Thanks.

Hi, could you please test version 5.2.9 and let us know if it is solved or not?
    regards
