Shipping costst changed after 2.3.3 update

I have two shipping-options. €3,95 and €5,95. Per product I assign which shipping option is t be used.
Since 2.3.3 the first one (€3,95) changed to €3,94. In – settings -> shipping -> flat rate – I can change the amount in the shipping class, but nothing seems to change…
It’s strange that the other shipping option hasn’t changed.
I thought there may was a problem with the rounding of the tax-rate, but everything seems to be fine there.
Anyone any idea?
