Shipping costs will not be charged

    Hey,

    Recently, customers who order from abroad are no longer charged the shipping costs.

    They appear as a position in the order, but are not included in the total amount. This means that the wrong amount is also sent to PayPal. Now we are missing the shipping costs for all foreign orders.

    What happened here?

    Hi there,

    Just to make sure – are you using WooCommerce 4.5.1? I’m asking as that version fixed the bug that was accidentally introduced in 4.5 where shipping was not being calculated / charged.

    Hey,

    yes we are on 5.4.1

    I despise the PayPal plugin at the moment. Because it affects all payments made with PayPal Express. The “normal” PayPal payments etc. fit all.

    I will contact the support of the PayPal plugin.
