My website Developer has install Shipping Pro into my website every 1 month or 2 months it is giving trouble. Showing an error message ‘Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address’. Somehow that developer used to solve it.
Now that developer is not working for my company anymore and same problem raised again because of that I need to shut down the website.
can you help me in solving this problem.
