Shipping costs per vendor store on the free version

Hi, i’m using the free version to build an wine marketplace. Can i set the shipping address for each vendor store in the free version?

I mean, each vendor ships their products from a different location in my country (Brazil). But the shipping costs are calculated based on the woocommerce store address.

Is it a limitation of the free version?
