  • Hello,

Did anybody find a solution for predefined shipping costs on manual orders?

With the current WooCommerce version, you’ll need to add shipping cost manually for manually created orders.
You can request this on our Ideas Board – this is where our community can share their feedback or requests for change to our plugin

I saw this video from 2016 but cant find this button and functionality in my woocommerce version

If you are looking for the button to add shipping cost, you’ll need to click “Add item(s)” first.

If you are referring to a different button/functionality, could you take a screenshot of it and share it here? I recommend?https://snipboard.io?for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Hi @yoscbd,

In the video you shared the YouTuber is just manually updating the shipping with a higher cost. The video is five years old and the interface slightly changed with the new plugin versions.

Now if you want to change the default functionality you can consult with a developer who can help you create a custom solution.

We’d recommend getting in touch with a web developer or one of the customization experts listed at: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.
