Shipping costs not updating

  • Hi there,

    I’m about to launch a webshop but I just discovered a problem with the shipping costs calculation. The shipping costs are not updated when I change the number of items in the cart. It just calculates the shipping costs based on one item, if I add other products to the cart or change the quantity of items, it should calculate the shipping costs for the total cart. Any clues on where to look for?

    By the way I’m using WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping by Mangohour to calculate the shipping costs.

    I would say you must configure that in your shipping plugin (I don’t use it so i’m not sure 100%), so that it calculates the shipping fee considering the number of articles and not for the whole order. (in the plugin options, logically).
