Shipping Costs Not Showing Up On Receipt

    Hey guys,

    It appears that the Shipping Costs are not showing up on the receipts that are sent out. Also, when I go to the Commission page, it’s now showing the Shipping there anymore. We have a different setup that we are doing PER STORE location instead of having a community where users post their products. I have verified that in the settings that the “Give any shipping to the vendor” is check marked. Am I missing something so that the shipping costs show up on the Commission page as well as the receipt that goes out? Thanks.

    Hello,

    Unless you’re using per product shipping plugin or our pro plugin, then shipping will not be assigned. Shipping zones are currently not supported. This is due to the fact that our commission system works at a per product level while shipping zones work at the order level, so if you have 3 vendors the shipping is calculated from the marketplaces location, not the vendors locations and as such the calculations are all incorrect.
