Shipping costs not showing on cart page/not calculating after discounts

  • 1. on my cart page some shipping options are displayed, but not all of them, only EITHER USA OR Canada options display until you “proceed to checkout” then you can change your country, when entering your address. then you see the other countries options. all shipping options should display on cart page, usa, Canada, and pickup. is there a way to fix this?

    2. Shipping calculations are currently happening before discounts, but they should be calculating AFTER discounts BEFORE taxes. right now if a customer buys something over $100, but then receives a discount/coupon code to bring the total under $100, the shipping should be $6.50 but its giving the shipping for free because we have free shipping on orders over $100.

    both of these are majoy issues, customers will turn away on the cart page if the shipping options for their country aren’t displayed, and we cant afford to ship for free when customers spend under $100. Please help!

    I was able to add an option to choose which way you want to calculate this shipping. You can choose to do this before or after the discount has been applied.
