Shipping costs not showing in sub-orders invoices

  • Hi we are using the dokan lite, dokan pdf and your plugin. We only see shipping costs in the parent order invoice. The invoices in the sub-orders do not show the shipping costs.
    Can you please point out to us where we can add shipping costs in the sub-orders templates? Which files we need to edit?

    Hello @mbri,

    This should be possible using Premium Templates. This extension includes a customizer that allows you to tailor your PDF documents using product columns, total rows, and custom blocks.

    For your specific case, you could use the Shipping total row block:

    Hello @mbri,

    I have done several tests with both the free and premium versions of Dokan and realized that the free version doesn’t show the shipping line because the Shipping Management feature it’s only available in Dokan Pro (see Dokan comparison), therefore the shipping data isn’t saving on sub-order. This is necessary for our plugin to print the information on the invoice, since we pull the data from WooCommerce order.
