    Hi Alessandro,

The shipping calculator is just a convenience for customers to calculate shipping before entering an address at checkout. The same choices will be present on the checkout page, where the customer can select.

This plugin only calculates shipping, it has no control over when/where these options are presented. This is controlled by WooCommerce.

Sorry Alessandro – I misread your post.

It sounds like there is a problem with your checkout page, as the same options should be presented. This is probably a javascript issue so I would advise confirming that javascript is enabled in your browser and is loading correctly.

Thanks John. Java is enabled but it is still not working. I updated Woocommerce today to 2.2.8 so I am guessing there is some incomparability there?

    Thanks,
    Alessandro

I am also finding now that we are receiving orders for virtual products that do not require shipping, but we can see that customers are being asked to enter a shipping address which is not usually the case.
