    Hi all,
I’m having trouble with the VAT TAX configuration on shipping cost of Woocommerce.
From this year, on UE e-commerce TAX must be calculated on the billing address of the customer. For products there are no problems because I inserted all prices VAT included and Woocommerce calculated the corresponding VAT value based on the billing address.
For shipping cost is different because if I want to show the VAT on the shipping cost I have to configure woocommerce shippings as taxable and insert the price VAT excluded. This is a problem for customers that have shipping address and billing address with different TAXES. The total of the shipping results different.

    Example:
    Shipping to Italy costs 15€.
I configured the cost on Woocommerce 12,30€ taxable. With TAX 22%. For a total of 15€.
A customer buy some products with billing address from Spain and shipping address on Italy. Taxes on products and shipping will be 21% because is the TAX on Spain.
The shipping cost result of 12,30 + 21% (Spain TAX value)

How can I configure this correctly? There is a way?
    Anyone have the same problem?
There is a plugin or a configuration to solve this issue?

As mentioned here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/9320 the problem seems to affect different countries and WC users. Why this features is not implemented yet?

    Thanks in advance
    Have a good day
