Shipping costs configurations ignored on certain product category

  • Hello, I have some trouble with the shipping costs of my products, it works for all my products except for the products of some category.

    For some categories, the shipping costs are just ignored at the checkout!

    I don’t use any third-party module for the configuration of my shipping costs, I use the default woocommerce shipping zones, classes, etc.

    At the beginning I thought the issue was only with variable products, however, I have other categories with variable products where the shipping costs are calculated at checkout correctly, so the issue is not with variable products, it is with the categories of the products.

    I would like some assistance in order to debug this issue, I don’t know where to start.

    Hi there,

    To troubleshoot that further, please do the following:

    • Share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**
    • Share screenshots of your shipping zone, shipping method, and product settings (specifically the “Shipping” tab)
    • Share a sample checkout address that we can use to test with on your site

    Hello after debugging I discovered the bug is caused by Dokan pro plugin, so it has nothing to do with woocommerce itself, thanks for your help
